Organism ID Cards

During our unit on the organization of life, taxonomy and evolutionary relationships, the 7th grade students picked one organism from the animal kingdom and one organism from the plant kingdom. They had to research and create an ID card for their organisms. The requirements were -

- Common and scientific names

- Taxonomy

- A close relative

- Where they are found

- What it eats

- A fun fact

- Pictures

We just used Google Drive > Slides. I would probably use a different site next time. Canva is an easy-to-use program to create a variety of media.
